These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, events, and related services offered under the Pixel Debate brand (collectively, the “Services”). Pixel Debate is owned and operated by Inibus FZE, a company incorporated in the Umm al Quwain Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“Inibus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept every provision, you must refrain from using the Services.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Inibus FZE (Trade Licence No. 3815) (“Inibus”, “we”, “our” or “us”)—the legal entity that owns and operates the Pixel Debate brand—collects, uses, discloses and retains your Personal Data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”) and all other applicable legislation in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”).

- Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, browser data and pages visited, captured through Webflow’s built-in analytics.
Event Imagery
- Photographs, audio and video recordings captured during Pixel Debate events, subject to your explicit consent.
We do not intentionally seek or process data relating to individuals under 18 years of age.

Pixel Debate uses only analytics cookies to measure website performance. Upon first visit you will be presented with a banner enabling you to Accept All or Reject All analytics cookies. Rejecting cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
Personal Data is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf and under written instructions:
Mailchimp – e-mail marketing platform
Airtable – database for registrations and casting applications
Webflow – website hosting and analytics
All providers store data on servers located in the United States.
7. International Data Transfers
Because our service providers are based outside the UAE, your Personal Data may be transferred internationally. Such transfers are safeguarded by contractual clauses and your explicit consent, in compliance with Articles 22–24 of the PDPL.
8.Data Retention
Mailing-list details are retained until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever occurs first.
Event and casting records are retained for three years.
Published photographs and video remain available for as long as Pixel Debate content is publicly accessible, unless you withdraw consent and it is technically feasible to remove or edit the material.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:
HTTPS encryption for all web traffic
Data-at-rest encryption provided by our processors
Multi-factor authentication for administrator accounts
Role-based access controls
Annual review of vendor security certifications and practices
10. Your Rights
Subject to the PDPL, you may:
Request access to your Personal Data
Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
Request erasure of data no longer required for lawful purposes
Object to processing carried out on legitimate-interest grounds
Request data portability
Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

11. Changes to This Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by e-mail (where feasible) and by a prominent notice on our website prior to taking effect.
12. Miscellaneous
1. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Inibus regarding the Services.
2. Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
3. No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
4. Assignment. You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
