These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, events, and related services offered under the Pixel Debate brand (collectively, the “Services”). Pixel Debate is owned and operated by Inibus FZE, a company incorporated in the Umm al Quwain Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“Inibus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept every provision, you must refrain from using the Services.

1. Who We are
Pixel Debate is a brand of Inibus FZE (Trade Licence 3815), UAQ Free Zone, PO Box 391098, Umm al Quwain, UAE. This Cookies Notice explains how and why we use cookies and similar technologies when you visit thepixeldebate.com(the “Site”).

2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you browse a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, store preferences, and help us understand how people use our pages.

3. Why We Use Cookies
We keep cookies to an absolute minimum. We deploy them only to:
- remember your cookie-consent choice, so we don’t keep showing you the banner
- measure site traffic and performance—purely to see what works and what needs fixing.

4 Types of cookies we set
Strictly necessary cookies – required for core site features such as remembering whether you opted in or out of analytics tracking.
Analytics cookies – collect aggregated, anonymous data on page views, scroll depth, and time spent. We rely on Webflow’s built-in analytics for this purpose.

We do not use advertising, behavioural-targeting, or social-media cookies.

5. Your consent choices
When you land on the Site you see a banner with two buttons: Accept All and Reject All.
Accept All allows the analytics cookies to run.
Reject All blocks analytics cookies; you will still have full access to our content.

Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which the banner reappears.

6. Managing your cookies after the fact
If you change your mind, you can:
Click the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer (this reopens the banner so you can switch your preference).
Delete cookies via your browser settings.

Each browser’s Help menu gives step-by-step instructions.

7. Third Party Services
We use the following external providers, each of which may set its own strictly necessary or analytics cookies:
Webflow – site hosting and analytics
Mailchimp – newsletter sign-up forms (only when you actively enter your e-mail)

No advertising vendors or social-media plug-ins are integrated.

8. Data collected through cookies
Analytics cookies collect:
- an anonymous identifier
- IP address (truncated, so we cannot identify you);device and browser type
- pages visited and time spent.

We use this information only in aggregate form to improve site performance.

9. Retention
Strictly necessary cookies expire within one year or sooner. Analytics cookies persist for up to two years unless you delete them or reject all cookies.

10. Updates to this notice
We may update this Cookies Notice from time to time. Any material changes will be signposted on the banner and in the footer link, together with a new “Last updated” date.
